Welcome! Before your first visit, please complete the intake forms, which can be sent to your email. Forms must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to your appointment. I thoroughly review all of your information and prepare with patient-specific recommendations beforehand. Thank you for giving me time to do this properly.

For your comfort and privacy, please plan to attend your appointment from a quiet, private space where you will not be interrupted.

Do you prescribe controlled substances?

Yes, if that is the right option for your care. I’ll complete an evaluation to better understand your needs and support the treatment that fits you best.

Where are you located?

This is a 100% online practice dedicated to patients living and studying in Iowa. Attend appointments using your phone, tablet, or laptop.

Do you accept insurance?

Wellness Pattern Studio PLLC is an out-of-network, cash-pay practice and does not participate in insurance networks. Appointments are tailored to your needs, and additional time spent outside of sessions is devoted to improving your care, not generating billing codes.

Psychiatric Consultation & Evaluation: typically 60-90 minutes, $395

ADHD and Autism consultations, typically 90+ minutes: $450

Comprehensive follow-up visit, 20-30 minutes, $250

Follow-up visit, 15-20 minutes, $150

Extended follow-up visit 60 minutes with counseling $300

Payment for services is due on the day of your appointment and will be charged to the credit card on file.

We can provide you with a Superbill or itemized receipt for services such as psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy. If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, you may submit this Superbill to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Similarly, certain services may be eligible for FSA or HSA reimbursement, and the Superbill includes the date of service, CPT codes, diagnosis codes, and fees to assist in submitting a claim.
